3. Do you offer custom sizes or made-to-order garments?

Currently, we focus on ready-made garments in various sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL,3XL) to suit our customers. However, we also accept orders demanding custom sizing.

4. Where are your products manufactured?

All of our garments are designed and manufactured locally in Ghana, supporting local artisans and businesses.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Cash on delivery (COD), mobile money, credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfers. All transactions are securely processed through our website.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping agency.

7. How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders, delivery takes 24 hours within the Greater Accra region and 72 hours outside Greater Accra. International orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on the location. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
